Registration Fees
Early full registration* – 550 EUR (until March 10, 2025)
Early student registration* – 450 EUR (until March 10, 2025)
Full registration* – 600 EUR (after March 10, 2025)
Student registration* – 500 EUR (after March 10, 2025)
Accompanying persons** – 150 EUR
* Authors must register until April 20, 2025 to guarantee that the paper is included in the final programme. Students must produce a valid document such as student ID before completing the registration.
Registration fee includes attendance to all technical sessions, the program and abstracts book (electronic), participation certificate, welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches.
**Accompanying person registration fee includes welcome reception and lunches.
Note: One paper presentation per registration. Only a full registration (not student) may present two papers. Please contact the conference organiser for approval at: hpc2025@tecnico.ulisboa.pt
Registration
Open the registration form (below) to complete the registration and make the payment. Note that payment can be made through bank transfer or online using major credit cards. For bank transfer, a proforma invoice will automatically be sent after submission of the registration form.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be made in writing to email: hpc2025@tecnico.ulisboa.pt
Until 25th April 2025, 60% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds are possible thereafter.
Note that all refunds will be processed after the conference.
Social Program and Gala Dinner
City tour (walking) + gala dinner: May 27, 2025 from 18h30 to 23h00
Cost: € 60,00 per person and it can be paid through registration platform together with the registration fees. Participant can also pay at the registration desk using credit or debit card.
